Step-By-Step Guide To Registering For Internet Banking

Step 2 - Access Password Setup

  • On the website, Select the Green Link that says Click Here to Access
  • Click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD”

Step 3 - Enter your details

  • Login ID/Username 
  • Active email address
  • Enter your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the Captcha Code

Once you have entered your details, you will receive an OTP Authentication through your email or mobile number.

Step 4 - Set a New Password

You will be prompted to create a new password. Enter it and confirm, then click Proceed. 

 

Step 5 - Complete OTP verification

Enter the OTP (One Time Password) sent to your registered contact details and click Confirm. 

Step 6 - Login with New Password

You can now access your account using your new password.

Step 7- OTP Setting

  • In your Internet Banking Homepage, please go to the side bar and click on settings.
  • In the panel you will see a drop-down menu list and please select OTP Mode Settings.
  • In the OTP Delivery Mode, you have options ton select from, please select e-mail, because it’s not charged.
